Return
Mohsense Paris has a no return policy. Therefore, all items purchased cannot and will not be returned nor exchanged. However, if the item received was damaged or if the order sent was wrong, we will refund the customer. Please check the refund section accordingly for more details.
Shipping
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the product is damaged or the order is wrong.
Depending on where you live, the time for your product to reach you, may vary.
Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged or the received order is wrong.
The customer should inform Mohsense Paris within 6 hours by contacting us via email [email protected] or WhatsApp about the damaged item or wrong order.
Our refund policy lasts 6 hours. If 6 hours have gone by since you received the order, unfortunately we cannot refund you.
Mohsense Paris reserves the right to assess whether the item is damaged or not, and if the order sent is wrong or not, and accordingly proceed with the refund.
Mohsense Paris might require proof such as pictures or invoices or the item itself for the assessment.
Mohsense Paris has the right to refuse a refund and is not responsible for orders placed by mistake.
